Business Headshots FAQ
I typical session will be about 30 mins. Your session time depends on the number of looks you want!
After the session is done I will help you select your images from the bunch that we shot. We can narrow it down and I can give you my feedback to help you choose a headshot. If you want to select using the online gallery the image proofs will be uploaded to the gallery to choose your image.
You can work as many looks as you want in the session. You’ll get one edited image from each look (wardrobe option) and you can choose additional images from the same look for an additional $35 per image.
Location will mostly be on site and your office location! I will mostly be using my indoor home studio lights. Considering we live in Vancouver the weather is unpredictable but if the sun is out and the conditions are good we can wander outside.
You will get a link sent to a gallery via email to download the images from the online gallery.
A link with the gallery will be sent with all the proofs to select images and the final image will be uploaded to the same gallery. If on-site image selection was done then typically images can be available for download within 48hrs.

On-Site Team Headshot Days
Portable studio headshot sessions are available directly at your office location, making it easy for teams to update their professional images without leaving the workplace.
Setup takes about 30 minutes and each team member is photographed efficiently throughout the session. Suitable for teams of 2–50+ staff.
Requires only a small meeting-room sized space.
Images are reviewed immediately after photographing so everyone can select their preferred shot on the spot.
Final retouched images are typically delivered within 48 hours.
